Important Information About Pre-Orders & Purchases:

Thank you for supporting our small business! Here’s some important information about pre-orders, stock, and refunds to ensure we’re all on the same page:

1. Pre-Orders:

   • Pre-order items are not in stock at the time of purchase. They are items we secure from overseas distributors based on community demand.

   • The release date provided in the item description is the date the distributor plans to ship to us. However, please note that we must wait for the stock to arrive from overseas, which can take some time.

   • Once we receive the stock, we’ll immediately update you and ship your order.

2. Shipping & Fees:

   • We cover overseas shipping and tariffs. You only pay for the item and local shipping costs.

   • When you place an order, we automatically pay a portion of the sale to Shopify fees, and these fees are not refundable.

3. Refunds & Cancellations:

   • Due to the nature of small-scale stock and limited availability, we cannot accept cancellations for pre-orders unless there are exceptional circumstances.

   • If you decide to cancel your order, we will charge a restock fee to cover the losses from the stock we could have sold to someone else.

   • Please ensure you are fully comfortable with your purchase, as we cannot offer refunds on pre-order items once the order is confirmed.

4. Limited Stock & Business Sustainability:

   • Our stock is limited, and when pre-orders are placed, we often only secure small quantities (5 items or fewer). This means if you cancel, we lose out on selling that stock to another customer.

   • As a small business, it’s vital we maintain transparency to ensure our ability to continue offering great products to the community.
